At UELSTA, we craft our sustainable jewelry and artisanal accessories with deep care for both you and our planet. From our recycled precious metals to our naturally dyed textiles, every piece is designed to bring you lasting joy. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit.
Because we believe in transparency and mindful consumption, our return process is designed to be as seamless for you as it is gentle on the earth. Small pieces, big eco-impact—we gently encourage mindful shopping to help us reduce the carbon emissions associated with return shipping.
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and safely nestled in its original UELSTA eco-friendly packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings featuring our 925 sterling silver posts must be completely unworn to be eligible for a return).
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will reply with the authorized return shipping address, a return shipping label, and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Because your wellness is just as important as our planet, every jewelry item is nickel-safe, lead-safe, and cadmium-compliant, crafted to meet strict U.S. and EU standards. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For our collections, this includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized engraved pieces). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you truly want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
